This headquarter renovation required the design of various support spaces. The use of color created unique and collaborative spaces that offered bar style and traditional seating. Smart conference rooms throughout the building included a mix of high-top and standard seating while the highly technology integrated board room design has a custom coiffured ceiling for lighting. All restrooms were completely redesigned.
This prominent corner lobby was redesigned from a curved curtain wall to a stronger shaped rectangle using stone and a new glass curtain wall capturing additional space and improving visibility for the bank. The executive lobby introduced gold and copper tones to accentuate the brand and has a backlit alabaster reception desk while the mortgage lobby area used the warmth of wood and the bank’s colors in the fabrics to create a welcoming space.
This successful start-up bank sought to transform an existing office building into their new corporate headquarters reflective of their brand. The completely renovated interior augmented the corporate colors with shades of gold, tan copper in a white background. The executive floor incorporated walls of wood and glass for warmth, natural light and the desired privacy. Smart conference rooms offered a mix of traditional and high-top seating. All art work was selected by JRS.
