Headed by three Principal / Architects, and supported by a supported by a team of Project Architects, JRS handles requirements of all types and scale, from interior renovations, consolidations and restacks to new ground-up construction.

INTERIOR DESIGN

We believe great design is a product of creativity and talent not of cost. PRESERVATION

Design Preserve Build Architecture, PLLC (DPB) is a subsidiary of JRS Architect, P.C. Teaming closely with Historic Construction Management Corp., DPB provides a wide array of historic preservation services throughout New York City and vicinity, Long Island and New Jersey.

With over 60 years of combined experience in the conservation, alteration, and enhancement of historic properties, buildings, and monuments, DPB’s expertise includes: preservation design & planning; adaptive reuse/interior restoration; plans/specification/cost estimating; construction management; assessment and documentation; building pathology/forensic investigation; architectural conservation & repair; implementation of restoration trades.

Through its network of experts and deep sourcing contacts, DPB can also bring new technologies and materials to projects, blending these seamlessly with the traditional while achieving significant savings and environmental benefits.
